First time users will need to download and install the Zoom desktop app. Visit the Zoom Download Center to download the app.
1. Open the Zoom app and select to sign in with "SSO" option at the bottom of the Zoom window
2. Enter "utah" in the Company Domain field and click the blue "Continue" button
3. Enter your UNID, campus password, and complete DUO authentication
4. Select "Open" and your Zoom app profile will load
