If you already have an existing account at utah.zoom.us, you will be presented with the option to switch accounts when you sign into utah-health.zoom.us. You can move your Zoom account back and forth between the campus Zoom instance (utah.zoom.us) and the Health instance (utah-health.zoom.us), depending on your HIPAA needs.
1. Go to utah-health.zoom.us and click the "Sign in" button
2. Enter your UNID, campus password, and complete DUO authentication
3. Select the "Switch to the New Account" link
4. Check your inbox and follow the instructions
5. Receive email from [email protected] and click the "Switch to the new account" button
6. Click the "I Acknowledge and Switch" button
7. Confirmation
