1. Click the "My Media" link from a course navigation
If you do not have access to a Canvas course or the My Media link is not activated in your course, My Media in Canvas can also be accessed by clicking the Account link in the Global Navigation and selecting the My Media link that is listed in the fly-out window. 2. Click the "Add New" button
3. Select the "Media Upload" option from the drop-down menu
4. Select a video from your computer files to upload
5. Edit Media Information and click the "Save" button
The Name field [1] of the file is required, it will autofill with the original file name but it can be edited. The Description field [2] and Tags field [3] of the file are optional but when filled out can help with search functionality.
