How Do I Remove Auto Teams Message From Outlook Calendar Invitations

Introduction

This article will explain how to remove the auto-generated Teams message embedded in Outlook calendar invitations.  

1.  Go to your Office 365 Online LogIn in a browser o365cloud.utah.edu

2. Click on the Microsoft Outlook icon in the navigation banner along the left side of the screen

3. Click on the Settings (gear on the ribbon on the top-right side of the screen)

4. Click on "Calendar" and then click "Events and Invitations"

5. Click on the check marked box next to "Add online meeting to all meetings" to remove the check mark

6. Click Save
