The Funding Priorities for Learning Spaces are similar to last year's.

2-5 Minute Summary Video
Similar to last year, the TLP committee is asking for a 2-5 minute video provided as part of each proposal. Submitters will be asked to include a URL to the video. You can use the University's video repository to host your video by navigating to (http://video.utah.edu) and clicking 'Add New'.
The video does not need to be professional quality. Please don't include music, and/or animation in the video. The intention is to give colleges/units a chance to set context around their proposal. You may consider covering the following in your summary video:
- How the provision of student computing funds will help your students in your college/unit
- How faculty input informed this year's request
- Any additional context that the committee should consider in reviewing your proposal
Reconciliation of Last Years Funds
Each submitter will be sent a reconciliation spreadsheet to identify how previous year's were spent. Please attach the spreadsheet to your final submission.
Lab Statistics
If you are requesting Learning Spaces to replace lab computers, the committee will require at least 4 weeks of data detailing lab usage. Although not required, the tool Labstats is provided by the University to assist in lab data collection. Contact the library for further questions about setting up Labstats for your lab.
